Altitude: 250 m. a.s.l.
Grape variety: Large Sangiovese.
Training system: bilateral and balanced cordon.
Density vines: 5,500 /ha .
Harvest period: end of September.
Ageing: 18 months in new French barriques.
Refining: minimum 6 months in bottles.

Organoleptic Charatristics


Colour: intense ruby red with violet reflexes, limpid.
Bouquet: a subtle and fruity red, with strawberry and raspberry flavors.
Taste:
Medium to full-bodied,with find tannins and a clean focused finish, ample, persistent with a woody inklings. well structured and tannic.
Alcohol: 13.5%
Serving temperature:
At a temperature 20°.
Best with: game and medium seasoned cheese.
