Production Area: Montalcino (Si)
Altitude: 250 m. a.s.l.
Grape Variety: Large Sangiovese 100%
Training System: bilateral and balanced cordon.
Density vines: 5,500 /ha.
Harvest Period: end of September ,within October 15th.
Ageing: 6 months in new Slovenian Oak barrels.
Refining: Minimum 6 months in bottles.

Organoleptic Charatristics

Color: Intense Ruby red violet reflexes, limpid
Bouquet: ample, persistent with hints of fresh fruit, with chewy tannins and velvety extructure.
Taste: well balance and soft with a good long backtaste.
Alcohol: 13.5%.
Service: at a temperature 18- 20°.
Best with: all kind of food, especially Pasta, meat and cheese.
