Color: Intense Ruby red violet reflexes, limpid
Bouquet: ample, persistent with hints of fresh fruit, with chewy tannins and velvety extructure.
Taste: well balance and soft with a good long backtaste.
Alcohol: 13.5%.
Service: at a temperature 18- 20°.
Best with: all kind of food, especially Pasta, meat and cheese.
