Vinification: Extracting intense during beginning of fermentation, followed by long maceration on quiescent pomace; made freely maximum temperature rise up to 33° and maintained at high values until the racking.
Ageing: 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels of 17.5 hl.
Refining: 12 months in bottles.

Colour: intense ruby red with garnet reflexes.
Bouquet: ethereal, intense and complex.
Taste: full-bodied, well structured, austere and tannic.
