Organoleptic Charatristics
Bouquet: Ethereal with intense complex and persistent aromas of slightly stewed cherry and berry,with hints of coffee bean and tobacco, with a solid core of fruit and velvety, refined tannins.
Taste: concentrated and extremely powerful in the body, but enchanting and with refined tannins, but at the finally soft and round finish.
Alcohol: 13.5 %
Serving temperature: At a temperature 20° in glasses created for wine Brunello di Montalcino.
Best with: red meat, game, aged cheese and structured recipes.
