Ageing: 36 months in oak casks of Slavonian from 17.50 hl, a small part in Barrique.
Refining: more than 12 months.
Organoleptic Charatristics
Color: Red Ruby argued with beautiful garnet tones very hot.
Bouquet: full bodied,with loads of ripe fruit that turns black pepper and fresh mushoroom, with smoky oak and dark chocolate and refined tannins.
Taste: very long and opulent. It has a voice of powerful mineral.
Alcohol: 13.5%
Serving temperature: at a temperature 20° in glasses created for wine Brunello di Montalcino.
Best with: red meat, game, aged cheese and structured recipes.
