La Togata

Grappa di Brunello
"La Togatta"
Distilled from the well known “Bonollo Distilleries”
in small alembics of cupper, high to maximum 2 mt.
It is produced exclusively with stillwash of “La Togata”,
therefore “Brunello” grapes, that render it
particularly soft.
It is manufactured in elegant sand-blasted black bottles,
to avoid the light, in order to guarantee a better
conservation.

Organoleptic characteristics

Color: clearly limpid.
Taste: soft, with remarkable persistence and harmonic.
Alcohol: 45 %
