THE CELLAR
The Cellar in stone, has the part dedicated to the maturity of the wine and to the storing of the bottles, fully computerised, air-conditioned and the temperature is kept at a costant level with a maximum of 18°.The barrels are manufactured by Garbellotto Company (Conegliano Veneto), Pauscha (Austria) and generally hold 20 hl. each. Barriques are purchased from Tonellerie Barthomieu.
